We do not deliver orders directly; instead, we employ third-party courier providers for order logistics. These courier businesses operate independently, and we have no direct control or communication with the courier personnel regarding their operations or rules. In the event that a courier is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we would greatly appreciate your understanding.

Delay in Support

Because the help is provided by humans, we cannot rule out the possibility of human mistakes. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you throughout your buying experience. We do our best to resolve difficulties, conflicts, and other inquiries, but it is possible that some inquiries are not resolved or are missed, resulting in significant delays. International Shipping

We ship to every country. There are no cancellation, return, or exchange options available for foreign orders.

 

The cost of shipping for overseas orders is determined by the ordered product(s) and the delivery address's location. Once you've entered your complete delivery address on the checkout page, it will be reflected.

 

Important: Shipping rates are computed automatically based on the weight and location of the package.

 

Note: For international orders, customs fees may be imposed at the point of entry, which the client must pay. These fees are computed by the importing country's customs or related authority.
